This appointment is right for you if:

You’ve had fewer than 3 sinus infections in the past 12 months

You're not experiencing ear pain or difficulty hearing

Your sinus symptoms are new (lasting at least 7 days) and you haven’t been prescribed or completed a full course of antibiotics

You’ve had symptoms for less than a month
What to expect:
You will receive a personalized treatment plan that may include prescription medications that reduce sinusitis symptoms. Your clinician may also recommend over-the-counter treatments and self-care strategies. You can message your clinician with follow-up questions up to 48 hours after you get your treatment plan.

This appointment is right for you if:

You want to know what is causing your skin issue

Your current skin symptoms may include:

Broken out, reddened, inflamed, or infected skin

Scaly, flaky, irritated, or itchy skin

Balding, blistered, or swollen skin

Hyperpigmented, patchy, or wrinkly skin

What to expect:
You will receive a personalized skin condition diagnosis, and treatment plans may include medication prescriptions, over-the-counter treatment recommendations, and self-care strategies. If they can’t diagnose or treat your skin issue online, they may recommend that you see a primary care physician (PCP) or a dermatologist for in-person care (a referral will need to be generated by your PCP). Your clinician won’t screen for skin cancer or offer laser therapy, light therapy, or cosmetic procedures through this service. You can message your clinician with follow-up questions up to 48 hours after you get your treatment plan.

You’ve been diagnosed with gout

You’re having gout attack symptoms like sudden joint pain and swelling

Your symptoms are on your big toe, elbow, or finger

You’re not pregnant
What to expect:
You will receive a personalized treatment plan that may include prescriptions for gout medications that treat the pain and swelling associated with gout flares. Your clinician may also recommend over-the-counter treatments and self-care strategies. They won’t prescribe narcotics for pain control, methylprednisolone (Medrol) dose packs, prednisone, or uric acid-lowering medications like allopurinol (Zyloprim) or febuxostat (Uloric). You can message your clinician with follow-up questions up to 48 hours after you get your treatment plan.
How it works:

This is your only UTI in the past 3 months

You haven’t had more than 3 UTIs in the past 12 months

You’re not experiencing nausea, vomiting, back pain, or fever

You’re not pregnant
What to expect:
You will receive a personalized treatment plan that may include prescription antibiotics. Your clinician may also recommend over-the-counter treatments and self-care strategies. They won’t renew prescriptions and they will determine if a urinalysis or urine culture is indicated. You can message your clinician with follow-up questions up to 48 hours after you get your treatment plan.

Your prescription for high blood pressure medication has expired or you're out of refills

You’ve taken your hypertension medication within the past 6 months
-
You’re not experiencing dizziness, lightheadedness, severe headaches, or chest pain
-
Your systolic (top) blood pressure is lower than 160
-
Your diastolic (bottom) blood pressure is lower than 90
-
You’re not pregnant or nursing
What to expect:
You will receive a personalized treatment plan that may include a 14-day prescription renewal for a high blood pressure medication that’s worked well for you in the past 6 months. Your clinician won't prescribe new medications or change medication doses. They also won't order lab testing. You can message your clinician with follow-up questions up to 48 hours after you get your treatment plan.
If you need treatment for an additional health condition, you’ll need to start a separate visit.
How it works:
1. Schedule and pay for your visit.
2. Locate and save your appointment confirmation (which contains your Zoom link) in your email inbox.
3. Activate your online electronic health record account & complete the questionnaire
4. Take a picture of your most recent prescription AND a picture/screenshot of a kidney function test (called "metabolic labs") from the last 12 months if you need a 30-day supply of medication.
5. A blood pressure and heart rate (pulse) reading from the past 30 days.
6. Connect with the physician at your scheduled appointment day and time and wait to be accepted into the visit.
7. Show your photo ID to confirm identity.
8. Get a personalized treatment plan

You’ve taken your cholesterol medication within the past 6 months

You’re not experiencing dizziness, lightheadedness, severe headaches, or chest pain

You don't need a dose change

You’re not pregnant or nursing
What to expect:
You will receive a personalized treatment plan that may include a 14-day prescription renewal for a high cholesterol medication that’s worked well for you in the past 6 months. Your clinician won't prescribe new medications or change medication doses. They also won't order lab testing. You can message your clinician with follow-up questions up to 48 hours after you get your treatment plan.
If you need treatment for an additional health condition, you’ll need to start a separate visit.
How it works:

You’ve taken your thyroid medication within the past 6 months

You don't need a dose change

You’re not pregnant or nursing
What to expect:
You will receive a personalized treatment plan that may include a 14-day prescription renewal for a hypothyroid medication that’s worked well for you in the past 6 months. Your clinician won't prescribe new medications or change medication doses. They also won't order lab testing. You can message your clinician with follow-up questions up to 48 hours after you get your treatment plan.
If you need treatment for an additional health condition, you’ll need to start a separate visit.
